Different types of exam sheets needed to be tracked and distributed to various campuses based on their specific requirements. The university needed a centralized system that could manage inventory, track distribution in real-time, provide role-based access to different user types (administrators, campus coordinators, staff), and ensure accountability while maintaining security and data integrity across the entire network.
